Refund, Warranty and Returns Policy

Warranty Policy

At IT Mind, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our warranty policy covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. The duration of the warranty period is specified at the time of purchase and is available for periods of 3, 6, or 12 months. To claim a warranty, the customer must provide the original receipt and a valid warranty card. The warranty covers repairs or replacements of parts and does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Some items may also be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be honored according to the manufacturer’s terms and is not the responsibility of IT Mind.

Refund Policy

Refunds at IT Mind are issued on a case-by-case basis. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they are dissatisfied with the product, provided the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging. A valid receipt must be presented to qualify for a refund. Please note that certain items may be excluded from this policy, and such exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Return Policy

Returns are also handled on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Customers are encouraged to inspect their purchases upon receipt to ensure satisfaction. If a return is approved, the customer may choose to exchange the item or receive a credit for future purchases.

Repair Policy

All repairs must be fully inspected by the customer at IT Mind premises before collection. Once the repaired item leaves our premises, IT Mind assumes no responsibility for any subsequent faults unless otherwise covered under our warranty policy. Customers are urged to thoroughly inspect their repaired items, as no changes can be made once the item leaves our location.
