ITMind Computers uses the contact details and product requirements you submit to handle your sourcing request, quote and order. Contact details are not included in AI product-advice or PC-image prompts.

Optional AI questions are sent to OpenAI when the assistant is connected. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Conversation context is kept for up to one hour. AI images are illustrative concepts, not exact photographs of products.

Phone verification is handled through Twilio when enabled. Essential session cookies support sign-in, cart and request security. Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. We use limited request-rate records to prevent abuse.

Use your account or the contact channel on your confirmed order to request assistance with your personal data. Keep private request-tracking links safe.

When supplier research is enabled, the item description is processed by OpenAI to search approved supplier websites. Enter only product specifications in that field. Your separate contact details, tracking link and budget are not sent for this research. Supplier results need staff verification before a quote.
